Abis specialises in treasury and investment management.
He is a mechanical engineering graduate with a Certificate in Financial Mathematics & Modelling (CertFMM), and a postgraduate diploma in Treasury Management (AMCT) from the Association of Corporate Treasurers UK.
He is also a member of the governing council for the Association of Corporate Treasurers Nigeria.
Abis commenced his career in banking and corporate treasury. He set up the Fund and Investment Manager ratings unit at Agusto & Co., and was formerly Associate Director at Fitch Ratings, Fund and Asset Manager ratings group.
